Are you a talented Quantity Surveyor looking to work for a renowned international consultancy? We are seeking Quantity Surveyors at all levels-from graduates to senior professionals-to join our clients dynamic team on a permanent basis. You'll have the opportunity to work on exciting commercial projects, including MOD sites, power stations, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and control project costs, ensuring value for money while maintaining high standards.
Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other necessary documentation.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered within scope and budget.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure work progress aligns with financial planning.
Support in the preparation of cost reports, valuations, and financial forecasts.What We're Looking For:

Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
Relevant professional experience for the level you're applying for (Graduate, Assistant, Intermediate, Senior QS).
Strong understanding of commercial and contractual aspects of construction projects.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Experience in working on commercial sites, such as MOD sites, power stations, or similar, is an advantage but not essential for graduates.What Our Client Offers:
