About the Role:

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a critical role in connecting talented candidates with opportunities that align with their skills and aspirations. Your responsibilities will include:

Building relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs.
Sourcing and screening candidates to ensure a perfect match.
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job qualification to offer negotiation.
