Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay Rate: £15.00

We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced Class 1 Driver to join our team based in St Helens. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driver looking for day shifts with a competitive salary and excellent working conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate a Class 1 vehicle for local and regional deliveries.
Ensure compliance with all road traffic laws and company policies.
Complete daily vehicle checks and report any faults or issues.
Maintain accurate delivery and collection records.
Adhere to tachograph and driving hours regulations.
Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients.
Requirements:

Valid Class 1 (C+E) driving license.
Hold a valid Digital Tacho Card.
Valid CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) Card.
Previous experience in a Class 1 driving role is essential.
Strong understanding of tachograph rules and regulations.
Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude.
A good knowledge of road networks in the local area.
Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work independently.
