The Company & Role:

A leading European company specializing in engineering and construction solutions, delivering innovative projects for global corporations across different sectors is currently looking for an Electrical Construction Manager in Paris, France.

As an Electrical Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of electrical construction projects in Paris. The successful candidate will manage site safety, quality assurance, project scheduling, and the associated costs, ensuring that all project goals are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities & Duties

* Manage site safety in collaboration with the project team and Safety Advisor, including setup and closure of safety files.

* Oversee site quality assurance with the QA Manager, ensuring all files are managed and closed out.

* Coordinate project schedules alongside the Project team and Project Manager.

* Track all project costs, including labour, materials, plant and equipment, variations, and valuations.

* Directly manage day-to-day site operations and the project team, aligning discipline leads with project goals.

* Supervise sub-contractor activities and ensure regular meetings to track progress against schedule.

* Ensure the efficient management of snagging systems and the reporting of labor hours.

* Attend various project meetings and assist in closing out all project items, including final accounts and manuals.

* Contribute to and review internal weekly progress reports, highlighting any potential risks.

* Foster a culture of safety and quality throughout the project lifecycle.

What You’ll Need

* Good strong knowledge of the full design and construction process

* Ability to control and manage people and programs

* A trade background or a relevant third level qualification

* Proven record of co-ordination and managing large projects

* A minimum of 5 years as an Electrical Construction Manager
