Provide one-on-one and group support to pupils with SEMH needs.
Assist in implementing behaviour management strategies.
Build strong, trusting relationships with students to encourage positive behaviour and emotional well-being.
Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals to tailor learning experiences to each pupil’s needs.
Monitor and report on students' progress, adapting support strategies as required.What We’re Looking For:

Experience working with children or young people, particularly those with SEMH needs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Relevant qualifications in education, youth work, or social care are advantageous but not essential.
