Job Title: Children Centre Early Years Practitioner - Social Care Non-Qualified

Location: Redbridge

Salary: PAYE: £13.70 per hour/Umbrella: £17.07 per hour

Term: 20 weeks initially

Are you passionate about working with children and making a positive impact on their lives? Our client is seeking a dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join their team. As a Children Centre Early Years Practitioner, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the core offer of the Children Centre by providing high-quality services aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) statutory framework.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Children Centres and Early Years Play and Development (EYPaD) Centre Teams to deliver outstanding services for children and families.
Facilitate groups for families with children under 5 years, following the Development Matters and EYFS framework.
Identify families who may require additional support and connect them with local services.
Offer parents advice and guidance to optimise their visits and promote home learning.
Work closely with the team to achieve Development Matters outcomes and objectives in line with their strategies and action plans.Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience in a similar role working with children.
A passion for early years education and a desire to make a difference.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
An understanding of the EYFS framework and Development Matters.
