I am recruiting exclusively for a Senior Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a leading Civils client to oversee projects in Central London which include telecommunications + Data Centre projects.

Our client is forecasting an extremely positive 2025, continuing on their growth this year making this a huge opportunity to join the business.

Our client is looking for an NEC contract experienced Senior QS, who has experience working on civil and or electrical projects this includes large electrical and civil frameworks, and major standalone projects.

The role will offer hybrid working and flexible working with the office based in Central London.

Management of your own diary will be expected and to work closely with the clients requirements for site visits.

Package:

Salary - £75k £90k PLUS car or car allowance

Key responsibilities the Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:

* To manage and be responsible for the commercial performance of high value infrastructure contracts.

* To work alongside the project and operational lead as part of an integrated project team, to deliver information and advice on a project’s profit & loss and to help maximise profit.

* Identifying, quantifying and mitigating contractual and project risks effectively to ensure a good risk profile.

Key attributes the Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:

* A background in Quantity Surveying and experience in highways or a similar construction/infrastructure related industry.

* Previous knowledge and utilization of the NEC Contract suites

* The ability to work as part of a team with colleagues on the contract and cross functionally with colleagues in other areas of the business to achieve desired outcomes.

* A confident communicator and negotiator in challenging situations.
