At (url removed), we're experiencing exhilarating growth and presenting a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Logistics Manager to join our team. The key purpose of this role is to ensure that devices move efficiently through the supply chain, from purchase to customer delivery, while optimising costs, maintaining quality control, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to: 

Logistical strategy

Inventory management

Logistics operations

Relationship management

Lead, manage and motivate a team of 14

Performance metrics & reporting

Problem resolution

Service quality

Risk assessments & health and safety

Process improvement

Cost efficiency

Customer satisfaction

The Details:

Location - Fully office based in Whiteley, Hampshire (near Solent Hotel) 

Hours - Full-time 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

Holiday - 29 days per year PLUS additional leave for late starts, early finishes, long lunches, appointments

To be considered for this role you will possess the following essential requirements:

2+ years in a Logistics management role

2+ years team management

Experience of inventory management and fulfilment systems

Understanding of the business needs of an E-Commerce business

Effective communication skills both written and verbal 

Strong problem solving ability

Excellent time-management and prioritisation skills 

Positive attitude and approachable

Ability to remain calm under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

Excellent attention to detail

Growth mindset
