We are excited to offer an opportunity to join our client, an esteemed academy based in Islington, starting January 2024. This full-time Science teaching position is open to qualified and enthusiastic educators ready to teach Key Stage 3 & 4 students and inspire a love for Science in young minds.

About the Role: As a Science Teacher, you will:

Deliver engaging lessons for Key Stages 3 & 4, following the curriculum and adapting materials to cater to different learning abilities.
Work with a supportive team and have access to excellent teaching facilities and resources.
Participate in regular department meetings and contribute to the school's innovative Science department.

Role Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Strong background in Science with proven experience teaching at Key Stages 3 & 4.
Ability to inspire, motivate, and engage students in the subject.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt teaching styles to meet students' diverse needs.

Qualifications and Person Specification:

Bachelor's degree in Science or a related field.
Experience teaching Science in a secondary school setting.
Commitment to raising student achievement and creating a positive learning environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
