About the Role:
TimePlan Education is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic Biology Teacher to join a well-regarded secondary school in Huntingdon. This role is ideal for someone passionate about inspiring students to explore the fascinating world of biology and encouraging them to think critically about the natural world.
4 day per week teaching position with a January start
Teach Biology to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students in an engaging and supportive environment
Foster a deep understanding of biological concepts and real-world applications
Work closely with a team of experienced educators, students, and parents to ensure academic success
Contribute to the continued development of the Biology curriculum and departmentThe Ideal Candidate:
Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or a recognised teaching qualification
Experience teaching Biology at the secondary school level (ECTs are welcome to apply)
Passionate about Biology and dedicated to inspiring students to develop a love for science
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Flexible, adaptable, and a team player, with the ability to work independently when needed
