Learning Support Worker

Location: Penarth, Pupil Referral Unit

Raet: £83.85 per day

We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Learning Support Worker to join our Pupil Referral Unit, supporting Key Stage 1 and 2 pupils. This role requires a compassionate individual experienced in managing challenging behaviour and committed to creating a positive learning environment.

You will work closely with our team to support pupils’ social, emotional, and academic needs, helping them thrive despite past challenges. Consistency is key, and we are looking for someone who can fully commit to building positive relationships with our students.

Requirements:

Experience in a similar role or setting
Strong behaviour management skills
Commitment to consistency and pupil development
Enahanced DBS (Teaching Personnel can help you in obtaining this)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
