Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Telecoms Business Development Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving the growth of our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Telecoms business development, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of success in sales.

Responsibilities

* Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives.

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and outreach initiatives.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.

* Conduct presentations and negotiations to secure new contracts and partnerships.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business goals and client needs.

* Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.

* Prepare detailed reports on business development activities and outcomes for senior management review.

* Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and expand professional networks.

* Account Management

Experience

* Proven experience in business development or sales management, preferably within Telecoms.

* Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior audiences.

* Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and identify growth opportunities.

* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

* Powerpoint and Microsoft suite essential
