Your Role:
As the Director of Clinical Services, you will lead the clinical team, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include overseeing clinical operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, managing governance, and driving continuous quality improvement initiatives. You will work closely with senior leadership to align strategic goals and foster a culture of excellence. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the clinical services team to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality care across the hospital
* Oversee staffing, training, and development within the clinical team
* Ensure robust clinical governance practices, including incident reporting, audits, and compliance with policies and regulations
* Collaborate with senior leadership to set and align strategic goals with organizational priorities
* Drive quality improvement initiatives, monitor outcomes, and implement solutions to enhance patient care
* Engage with patients, families, and stakeholders to gather feedback and refine service delivery
* Maintain high standards of care, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
About You:
We’re seeking a registered healthcare professional with proven clinical leadership experience. You should have a deep understanding of clinical pathways, service redesign, and healthcare regulations. Ideally, you will have experience managing complex healthcare services within the independent sector and be well-versed in NHS Standard Contract requirements. Key skills we are looking for include:
