Application Requirements:

• A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent).
• Previous experience working with young children, ideally within an EYFS setting.
• A proactive and nurturing approach to childcare.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the delivery of high-quality EYFS teaching.
• Creating a warm and inclusive environment where children feel safe and inspired to explore.
• Assisting in the planning and implementation of engaging, play-based learning activities.
• Observing and documenting children’s development, ensuring they meet their milestones.
• Providing targeted support to children with additional needs or specific learning goals.
• Building strong, professional relationships with parents and carers to foster a collaborative approach to each child’s learning journey.
