PMO Analyst - Data Centre Exit
Rate: To £450 Per Day - Inside IR35 via umbrella
Duration: Min 6 months
Location: Hybrid working - 1 day a week in Warwickshire
Our leading financial services client is recruiting for a highly accomplished, Midlands based PMO Analyst for 6 months, to join a thriving PMO team based in Warwickshire and help to support the Data Centre Exit program of work.
We are looking for a flexible PMO Analyst with Datacentre experience who has an Agile mindset and methodology, and excellent communication skills.
Deliverables -
Deliverable 1: Provide project level support and assurance/governance oversight across the projects within the Data Centre Exit programme, working with Project Managers and Workstream leads to ensure that key project control data including risks, issues, dependencies, budget, resource, plan and status reporting content is well managed, accurately reflects the current situation and provides appropriate input to good quality programme level reporting. Deliverable 2: Run project stage gates to ensure the managed transition of change delivery through the project lifecycle.
Deliverable 3: Provide PMO support to key programme governance forums, ensuring the agreed Terms of Reference is adhered to, including attendance of quorum, also managing collation of inputs and producing outputs and audit records on key decisions made.
Deliverable 4: Provide PMO oversight and support to the management of relationships with key DCX third party partners.
Deliverable 5: Contribute to the ongoing evolution and improvement of PMO and project delivery processes across the DCX Programme, and more widely within the PMO community.
Essential Experience/Skills:
Extensive and recent experience as a PMO Analyst
Datacentre project experience, ideally someone who has worked on Data Centre Exit's
Strong Agile experience
Microsoft Office Skills (Excel etc)
Strong Communication Skills
Attention To Detail
Strong Stakeholder Management skills
Experience of working in highly regulated and process driven environments (Financial Services sector experience would be ideal)
