About the role: Are you an experienced and passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking to make a real difference in a vibrant primary school? Application Requirements:

• Recognised HLTA qualification or equivalent.
• Proven experience supporting learning in a primary school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons to small groups or whole classes in the absence of the class teacher.
• Support the learning and development of students across KS1 and KS2, adapting approaches to meet individual needs.
• Collaborate with teachers to create differentiated resources and activities.
• Provide pastoral care, ensuring the wellbeing and safety of all pupils.
• Contribute to the school’s extracurricular programs, enhancing the learning experience for all students.
