Working for a reputable housing associations with over 15 contracts in London alone, affiliated with many local councils and main contractors working alongside them helping to build a better community.

Up to £4k per annum

8-5, Mon - Fri

Van and Fuel Card provided

Your day to day would look like as a Plumber Multi:

Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties.

Responding promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers.

Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.

Conducting inspections and identifying areas requiring maintenance or repair.

Collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed.

Qualifications needed for the Plumber Multi role:

NVQ/City and Guilds (preferred) - if no qualifications held, our client will send you on a paid days NVQ course in your core trade, gaining you a life long qualificiation

Proven experience in domestic reactive maintenance
