Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will work closely with students who have a range of learning difficulties and disabilities, developing and implementing tailored educational plans to meet their individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with special educational needs.
Assess students' abilities and craft appropriate teaching strategies.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the learning and development of all students.
Collaborate with other educators, parents, and external professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students.
Monitor and report on the progress of students, adjusting plans as necessary.
Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to engage and motivate students.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with school policies and safeguarding procedures.Qualifications and Experience:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialization in Special Educational Needs is desired, although alternative teaching qualifications will also be considered, i.e PTTLS.
Proven experience working with children with a range of special educational needs.
Strong understanding of current SEN legislation and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, creativity, and a genuine commitment to supporting the educational development of students with SEND.The Education Network Offer:
