Our client operates in the Aerospace sector and due to their business expanding at a rapid rate, they are looking to expand their Facilities team.

As a Facilities Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:

Ensuring compliance with all site safety procedures and demonstrate a strong understanding of site safety requirements.
Performing general maintenance and coordinate with contractors to achieve high standards and timely delivery.
Understanding and maintaining key engineering systems, including heating, ventilation, and plumbing.
Carrying out plumbing and joinery repairs and supporting both production and office teams.
Conducting site inspections and checks, maintaining the grounds, and managing the Facilities Helpdesk tickets for repair and maintenance tasks.
As the successful Facilities Engineer, you’ll have:

A mechanical and/or electrical qualification or extensive M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) experience.
Familiarity with engineering systems such as heating, ventilation, and plumbing.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a diplomatic working style.
Knowledge of Health & Safety practices, including risk assessments, method statements, and permits to work.
