Role Overview:

As a SEN Teaching Assistant with a focus on SEN, you will play a pivotal role in supporting teachers and enhancing the learning experience for secondary school students. Your responsibilities will be diverse, including providing one-on-one or small group support, adapting teaching materials for different learning styles, and managing classroom behaviour. Additionally, you will assist in assessing student progress, ensuring that students with SEN receive the tailored support they need.
