There are part time, full time and long term roles with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

The ideal SEN Teaching Assistant should:

* Have experience or a passion for working with children with SEN

* Be flexible, proactive and patient

* Be nurturing and caring in your approaches

* Be able to communicate effectively within a team

* Be open to providing personal care

* Have a Background in Education, Care, Psychology or Drama, as these are very transferable.
