**Job Description**:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Litigation Commercial Paralegal to join their team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting attorneys with complex commercial litigation cases. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions.

- Conduct legal research and gather relevant case law and precedents.

- Draft and proofread legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.

- Manage and organize case files and documents.

- Coordinate and communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in litigation.

- Prepare and manage discovery documents, including interrogatories, requests for production, and subpoenas.

- Summarize depositions, witness statements, and other legal documents.

- Maintain accurate records and databases related to case management.

- Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and preparing trial binders.

- Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the litigation team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

- Paralegal certification from an accredited program.
