We are currently looking for motivated sales professionals to join the Rail team here at Carrington West.

Key Responsibilities

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:

· Become a market expert within your sector, allowing you to advise and consult your candidates and clients with your specialist market knowledge

· Engage with existing and new businesses

· Research and develop new business relationships

· Locate potential active and passive candidates

· Understand the needs of your clients and candidates

· Offer advice on the needs of your clients and candidates

· Be willing to work hard within a team of motivated and driven individuals

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

Carrington West have grown revenue by 100% year-on-year while retaining profits within the business to enable growth. Providing the very best client and candidate service by attracting and retaining the very best consultants in the market.

We offer an excellent salary with a flat 25% commission on any temporary placements as well as up to 30% for any permanent placements made.
