About the Role

As a Nursery Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing a caring and stimulating environment that supports the early development of young children. This is a perfect opportunity to make a real impact during these formative years.

Work within the Under 3s provision to deliver play-based learning activities that support children's social, emotional, and academic development in line with the EYFS framework.
Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment where children can grow and thrive.
Work collaboratively with teachers, teaching assistants, and support staff to meet the individual needs of each child.
Promote early learning in communication, literacy, numeracy, and motor skills through engaging, hands-on activities.
Develop strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to provide a holistic approach to learning and care.
Support children in achieving key developmental milestones, encouraging confidence and independence.

We are looking for someone who:

Holds a CACHE Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Early Years Education/Childcare.
Has proven experience working within an EYFS or nursery setting (MUST HAVE).
Demonstrates a strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development milestones.
Is passionate, patient, and committed to nurturing the growth of young children.
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
