We are currently recruiting for an exciting Maintenance Team Leader position joining one of the UK's leading Structural Steel companies. Renowned for their work across stadia, bridge and major infrastructure projects, this is a really exciting role. The role involves leading a shift of maintenance engineers, working as part of a company who priorities internal promotion and development

Who This Job Would Suit:

This role is ideal for someone with an NVQ Level 3 in Engineering or a time-served qualification in either electrical or mechanical maintenance, including an 18th Edition certification. Candidates with experience in people management and familiarity with a manufacturing environment are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the maintenance team, providing support and motivation.
* Set team goals and deadlines, ensuring timely task completion.
* Oversee maintenance tasks to ensure machinery runs safely and efficiently.
* Collaborate with production managers to align goals and production needs.
* Serve as a point of contact for team queries and technical support.
