The Opportunity:

Are you an experienced Fire Alarm Installation Engineer looking for your next opportunity? Join a dynamic team in Reading, where you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and compliance of fire alarm systems for a variety of clients.

Responsibilities:

* Install, test, and commission fire alarm systems to the highest standards.

* Work on a range of systems, including addressable and conventional fire alarms.

* Ensure compliance with BS5839 and other relevant regulations.

* Provide accurate documentation and certification upon completion of work.

* Collaborate with project managers and clients to meet project requirements and deadlines.

* Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues efficiently.

* Ensure adherence to health and safety standards at all times.

Skills and Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a Fire Alarm Installation Engineer.

* Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems, including addressable and conventional types.

* Understanding of BS5839 standards and other relevant regulations.

* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent is preferred.

* Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Full UK driving license.

* able to put up containtment to a good standard.

* Will undergo DV vetting

* Will need to be a British Citizens no dual-nationallity.
