As the new Business Development Executive, you'll manage and grow a valuable portfolio of accounts in the furniture and manufacturing sectors. This is a key revenue-generating position within their close-knit, supportive team. Whilst your main focus will be bringing on new clients, you will then manage any accounts that you successfully win and the role will be a balance of Business Development and Account Management.

Key Responsibilities of a Business Development Executive:

Drive revenue growth through new business development and existing account management
Identify and secure new business opportunities through targeted prospecting
Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive account management
Provide expert consultative solutions for clients' packaging requirements
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment
Maintain detailed client records and sales forecastsYour Profile & Experience:

Proven B2B sales experience, open to a range of experience from 2 years+ in sales.
Proactive self-starter with a hunter mindset
Strong commercial acumen with a consultative sales approach
Excellence in relationship building and account management
Not afraid to pick up the phone but also use a multifaceted approach to sales and winning new business
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
Experience with CRM systems and MS Office suite
