Our client is offering a very exciting opportunity for a Head Baker to come on board and help launch this great project. It is a part of award winning family group of Restaurants, Hotels and Pubs and this offers a great opportunity for a experienced Baker to show what they can do

What's involved?

You will be fully reasonable for all Bakery operations, including planning and coordinating all the production for retail and wholesale. You will be leading a team of 2 or 3 Bakers and be reasonable for training and developing your team. Ideally you will have a similar background and have some great menu ideas too.
