Provide an outstanding 1-2-1 service to customers
Engage with customers from the initial enquiry through to the delivery of the product
Drawing up detailed plans and identifying any potential issues with subflooring etc.
Support with raising sales quotes, invoices and ordering
Provide guidance and advice on the latest products and designs
Offer a consultative service to customers
Provide any technical information as required
Visit customers in their home for consultations and measurements
Achieve sales and service targetsThe successful person will join an established brand and develop your career in a with an amazing range of products. Working as part of a team, you will be able to offer an outstanding service to customers. You will be naturally inquisitive and look for the opportunity to fully explore the needs of your customer.
