Retrofit Site Manager
Location: Wrexham
Package: Dependant on Experience plus car allowance, fuel card and bonus
Our client, a national leading property services contractor, have an opportunity for a Retrofit Site Manager to join their team working on a variety of construction, refurbishment and void contracts in Wrexham.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation of programmes of work and management of operational delivery within agreedbudgets, Objectives, and targets.
* To implement and ensure compliance with the company health, safety and welfare andemployment policies and legislation.
* To understand the Contract and the company’s obligations and ensure all requirements aremet.
* To develop excellent relationships with client representatives, residents, and all stakeholders.
* To ensure the effective delivery of retrofit solutions in line with each client’s commitments toexternal funders, as well as energy projects including wall and loft insulation, window and doorreplacements, ventilation and draughtproofing, low/no carbon heating, lighting, and energyinstallations.
* To ensure ongoing full compliance of projects/works e.g., Electrical, Gas Regulations, BuildingRegulations, ECO and other funding sources, PAS2030/2035.
* Ensure all client enquiries, issues and requests are actioned and resolved within appropriatetimescales.
* Effective management of engineers and sub-contractors, providing support on technical issuesand performance management.
* Facilitating team meetings to include performance/operational delivery of reviews, H&Sinformation, company updates and relevant/required training and guidance.
* To undertake site inspections to continuously monitor health and safety, quality of work andoverall productivity.
* Checking and preparing site reports, designs, and drawings.
* To develop relationships with commercial team members to ensure management of costs,budgets and profit meeting all reporting timescales
