Role Overview: We are recruiting for a SENDCo Admin Support role for a well-established school in Southwark. The successful candidate will assist the SENDCo (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator) with the administration and coordination of SEND services. This is a key administrative position where you will contribute to the smooth running of SEND provision for students, parents, and staff.

Provide essential administrative support to the SENCO in Southwark
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and other SEND documentation
Manage and update SEND records, ensuring all data is accurate and compliant with confidentiality policies
Coordinate communication between staff, parents, and external agencies in Southwark to ensure effective SEND provision
Support the SENDCo with organising SEND meetings and preparing reports
Help with the scheduling of SEND support sessions and allocation of resourcesSkills and Qualifications:

Proven administrative experience, ideally within an educational or SEND environment
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Knowledge of SEND legislation and best practices in supporting SEND students
