Milestone Education are recruiting for a Behaviour Buddy to support children with challenging behaviour on their educational journey. If you’re all about understanding, patience, and turning tricky situations into winning moments, this could be your vibe

About the School:

Our partnered school is a special educational needs school catering to pupils aged 8 – 16. The school is known for its strong ethos of providing a supportive and nurturing environment, where every student is encouraged to reach their full potential. Ofsted comments that pupils feel safe and supported, and staff mange challenging behaviours effectively. Our partnered schools facilities are excellent, including a games room and well-equipped gym.

The Role:

· Work with young students, helping them find their groove in the classroom.

· Be a rockstar role model, mentor and motivator.

· Collaborate with teachers to create a positive vibe that helps students smash their goals.

What you’ll Need:

· Enhanced DBS Check (or be willing to complete one)

· A relevant level 3 qualification

· A passion for helping young people rise above challenges.

· Excellent communication ad interpersonal skills
