We are seeking a passionate and innovative Year 2 Teacher to join a thriving primary school in Eastbourne. In this role, you will have the opportunity to ignite curiosity and enthusiasm for learning in young students, guiding them as they navigate this important stage of their education.

Your Role:

Create dynamic and engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of Year 2 learners.
Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where each child feels valued and motivated to participate.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and implementing strategies to support individual learning goals.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience and share best practices.
Maintain regular communication with parents, offering insights into their child's progress and ways to support their learning at home.What You Bring:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
Experience working with Key Stage 1 students, particularly in Year 2, is advantageous.
A creative and adaptive teaching approach that encourages exploration and discovery.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a classroom effectively.
