We are currently seeking a dedicated SEN Learning Coach to join our team in Bath. This role offers £13 per hour and is available for an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs (SEN), helping them overcome barriers to learning.
Work 1:1 or with small groups to deliver personalized learning strategies and interventions.
Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement individual learning plans (ILPs) for students.
Support the academic, emotional, and social development of students.
Monitor and report on student progress and adapt support as necessary.
Foster an inclusive learning environment, encouraging student engagement and independence.Requirements:

Experience working with SEN students in an educational setting.
Ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and families.
Knowledge of SEN practices and an understanding of different learning styles.
DBS check required (or willingness to obtain one).
Available to start immediately.
