We are a market-leading engineering manufacturing company based in Camberley, seeking a Lead Technical Engineer with Pharmaceutical experience to join our dynamic team. As the Lead Technical Engineer, you will play a key role in driving product excellence, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Lead Technical Engineer, you will be responsible for:

* Providing expert technical support to both customers and sales teams, particularly in relation to integrity testing data and ensuring product compatibility with customer requirements.

* Managing and overseeing the preparation and delivery of technical reports, particularly around product testing and customer validation studies.

* Ensuring that all product quality documentation, including validation guides and product certifications, is maintained accurately and in line with industry standards.

* Taking ownership of regulatory compliance activities, including responding to audits (both internal and external), and managing changes in regulatory requirements (such as FDA and EU guidelines).

* Collaborating with the R&D team to contribute to new product development, including defining detailed product specifications and identifying suitable test sites.

* Supporting marketing and sales teams during product launches, ensuring smooth positioning, pricing, and training to ensure market success.

* Monitoring the sales performance, margins, and overall lifecycle of newly launched products, ensuring their ongoing success.

* Designing and delivering tailored training programs for customers, employees, and distributors to ensure high levels of product knowledge and customer satisfaction.

* Adhering to ISO standards and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations across all processes and procedures.

* Supporting the broader strategic vision and objectives of the company, contributing to long-term growth and development.

About You:

To succeed in the role of Lead Technical Engineer, you will bring:

* Strong experience in a similar technical engineering role within the pharmaceutical or medical device industries.

* A proven track record of managing product testing, regulatory compliance, and technical documentation.

* The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including R&D, sales, and marketing.

* Expertise in navigating FDA and EU regulations and handling audits effectively.

* Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer solutions.

* A commitment to continuous improvement and supporting the long-term goals of the business.
