As an English Teacher, you will:

Deliver engaging and effective lessons to students, improving their reading, writing, and analytical skills.
Plan and prepare lessons in line with the curriculum, ensuring they meet the diverse needs of all students.
Regularly assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
Foster a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment where students feel motivated to learn and engage with the subject.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the overall educational goals of the school.
Encourage and develop critical thinking and creativity in students.
Create a positive learning atmosphere that promotes student participation and academic growth.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, such as QTLS or PGCE (overseas-trained teachers may also be considered).
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English or a related field.
Prior experience as an English Teacher is essential.
Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for inspiring students in the study of English.
A proactive, flexible teaching approach, committed to delivering high-quality education.

Please note that this English Teacher position requires a strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection. Successful applicants must complete all necessary background checks, including an enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service or the completion of a new application.
