The role
As a key member of the Commercial Property team, you'll handle a diverse caseload of high-quality work, including:

Acquisitions and disposals of commercial properties
Landlord and tenant matters
Development projects
Property finance transactions
Lease negotiations and renewalsThe firm's client base spans across various sectors, offering you exposure to a broad range of industries and the chance to build lasting client relationships.

What we are looking for
The ideal candidate will have:

At least 4 years of PQE in Commercial Property law
A proactive and commercial approach to legal matters
Strong client relationship and business development skills
A commitment to providing practical, high-quality advice
The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
