Requirements:

HLTA qualification or relevant experience.
Proven experience working across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
Strong behaviour management skills and ability to adapt to various learning environments.
Excellent communication skills for engaging with students, staff, and parents.
Commitment to professional development and contributing positively to the school community.
