Key Benefits: Up to £50,000 pa , Dependent on Experience Harrogate Based Annual Bonus Additional Company Benefits The Role We're searching for an experienced CDM Advisor, Principal Designer or Health & Safety Manager who is looking to take the next step in their career.
In this role, you will be responsible for undertaking all CDM compliance and construction risk management for a vast range of clients.
You will liaise with clients, principal designers and contractors to advise on any health and safety issues, whilst identifying key design and construction risks.
Alongside this, you will attend various events to grow your own network and drive brand reputation.
Key Responsibilities: Providing advice and liaising with clients to ensure all compliance aligns with CDM Regs.
Preparing pre-construction information; identifying information required, collating required information from design/project teams, advising on and assisting with a range of surveys.
