As a Principal Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying both client requirements and the design of the solution for those requirements.
After designing the solution, you will oversee and support the build of this solution.
Ensuring quality delivery, you will work on multiple projects across various teams within a matrix environment.
Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day support for our implementations.
Estimate tasks during the discovery phase and support the bid approval process.
Work with clients to understand current processes, requirements, and design solutions.
Collaborate with development, testing, and project teams to agree on solutions and timelines.
Monitor development progress and address deviations from the plan.
Assist with acceptance testing, defect triage, and scope changes.
Lead meetings, document key discussions, and manage customer queries and escalations.
Guide and motivate the team, support senior consultants, and oversee team improvements Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Required:  Proven experience leading customer workshops to gather requirements in financial services projects.
Experience overseeing defect triage, contributing to test plans, and aligning them with solution design.
Skilled in creating documentation for business and technical.
Strong understanding of change control and managing scope changes.
Good knowledge of software development and implementation phases.
Expertise in process redesign for efficient outcomes.
Ability to produce clear, detailed solution requirements.
Able to lead large workshops both in-person and remotely.
