Scope of the Role As a Lift Maintenance Salesperson, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by acquiring new maintenance contracts, managing client relationships, and securing long-term, profitable partnerships.

Key Responsibilities Sales Excellence: Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive business development and a results-driven approach.
Client Acquisition: Identify and secure new maintenance contracts while nurturing relationships with existing clients.
Negotiation Expertise: Manage complex negotiations with senior executives to secure long-term contracts.
Account Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights.
Basic Qualifications Industry Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally in the lift industry or related technical maintenance services.
Sales Track Record: Proven history of exceeding sales targets, with the ability to attend networking events when required.
CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines and customer data.
Technical Understanding: Knowledge of lift systems and maintenance services is a strong advantage.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
Tendering and Contracting: Skilled in preparing tenders, bids, surveys, and managing client portal submissions.
Driving Licence: A valid driving licence is preferred, as regular travel to client sites is required.
Additional Requirements Background Checks: Successful candidates must pass a DBS check due to our client portfolio.
Security Clearance: Candidates must be eligible to obtain MET Police clearance.
