Job Description Job Opportunity: MOT Tester/Mechanic Location: Maidstone Area Position: Full-Time Vibe Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable automotive service provider, looking for a skilled and reliable MOT Tester/Mechanic to join their team in the Maidstone area .
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute their expertise in a busy, supportive, and growing workshop environment.
About the Role: As an MOT Tester/Mechanic , you will be responsible for carrying out MOT tests on a wide range of vehicles, diagnosing faults, and carrying out mechanical repairs and maintenance.
This is a hands-on role that requires both technical expertise and a keen eye for detail to ensure that all vehicles are roadworthy and meet the highest standards of safety and performance.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct MOT tests on cars, vans, and light commercial vehicles, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
Diagnose faults and carry out mechanical repairs and maintenance to ensure vehicles are in top condition.
Provide customers with clear and accurate advice on repairs , maintenance, and MOT results.
Maintain high standards of workshop cleanliness and safety .
