This full-time, permanent position, starting in January, is ideal for a Resistant Materials Teacher who is passionate about teaching students practical skills and design techniques.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging Resistant Materials lessons to KS3 and KS4 students, fostering practical skills and an understanding of materials.
Guide KS5 students through advanced Resistant Materials projects, focusing on product design and manufacturing techniques.
Regularly assess student progress in Resistant Materials, offering feedback to enhance their skills.
Work with colleagues to develop and enhance the Resistant Materials curriculum.
Stay up-to-date with trends in Resistant Materials education, integrating new ideas into lessons.
Qualifications and Experience: A degree in Resistant Materials or a related subject.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Experience teaching Resistant Materials at the secondary level.
