As we continue to expand rapidly, we're seeking a confident and experienced Senior Product Manager / Lead Product Manager to take charge of our product management processes, align priorities, and bring structure to a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
Role Overview The Senior Product Manager / Lead Product Manager will own all aspects of product management, mentoring junior PMs and aligning cross-functional teams around business goals and priorities.
This role demands a strategic thinker who can centralize communication, resolve silos, and set up clear workflows.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Jira and excel at creating a unified system to track projects across teams.
You will work closely with the CEO to translate a clear vision into actionable priorities while ensuring all stakeholders have visibility into progress.
This role is pivotal in creating order amidst complexity and driving efficient execution across the organization.
Key Responsibilities 1.
Strategic Business Overview Gain a deep understanding of the entire business, mapping out priorities and aligning teams.
Develop and maintain a unified priority list that balances short-term needs with long-term goals.
Work with stakeholders across engineering, data, UX, sales, and customer success to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
Track and measure project outcomes to maintain alignment with business objectives and report on progress to the CEO and leadership.

Leadership & Team Management Oversee and mentor junior Product Managers, ensuring their work aligns with overall priorities.
Provide guidance on uncovering and prioritizing product requirements, facilitating their professional development.
Step in to manage critical initiatives or fill gaps during team absences.

Jira & Workflow Management Take ownership of Jira, bringing clarity and organization to the current system.
Centralize all projects and create a well-maintained workflow for product and engineering teams.
Ensure Jira becomes the single source of truth, providing real-time updates to the CEO and stakeholders.
Set up and maintain workflows that ensure smooth collaboration across teams.

Collaboration Management Partner with data, UX, and engineering to define requirements and break down big ideas into actionable tasks.
Collect and manage input from sales, customer success, and other teams to eliminate silos and align priorities.
Facilitate discussions between the CEO and stakeholders to mediate conflicts and ensure mutual understanding of priorities.

Stakeholder Communication & Reporting Regularly update the CEO and key stakeholders on project progress, achievements, and roadblocks.
Ensure all teams have a shared understanding of priorities and progress.
Provide clear and actionable reports on the status of initiatives.

Process Improvement & Mid-Project Organization Quickly step into ongoing projects and bring structure and clarity without disrupting workflows unnecessarily.
Drive improvements in project management processes to enable better collaboration and execution.
Build systems and frameworks to support seamless cross-functional alignment.

Uncovering Product Requirements Conduct effective user interviews to understand customer pain points and define requirements.
Engage with internal and external customers to gather feedback and translate it into product features.
Proactively prioritize and define features based on a comprehensive understanding of user needs.
Requirements Experience 5+ years of product management experience in fast-paced environments, with demonstrated success in leading teams and projects.
Strong experience with Jira, including setting up and managing workflows across teams.
Proven ability to bring order to chaotic or unstructured environments.
Skills Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to see the big picture and align teams accordingly.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to mediate between stakeholders and resolve conflicts.
Hands-on experience in conducting user interviews and gathering product requirements.
Proficiency in tracking and measuring project outcomes to inform decision-making.
Mindset Confident and proactive, with the ability to step into complex environments and make sense of competing priorities.
A problem solver who thrives in fast-moving environments and can manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
Passionate about mentoring and developing junior team members to ensure alignment and growth.
