As an Assistant Neighbourhood Officer, you will play a key part in ensuring our neighbourhoods are vibrant, safe and welcoming places to live.
Working alongside the Neighbourhood Officer, you will assist in managing our neighbourhoods, maintaining positive relationships with customers and delivering a high-quality housing service.

Key Responsibilities: Assisting in the delivery of an excellent service that demonstrates HHA's values, of local, approachable and customer focused to make a real difference to customer's lives including ensuring our neighbourhoods and properties are well presented and maintained.
To work with the Neighbourhood Officer to ensure the services the Association delivers are in line with policies and procedures and are customer focussed, and responsive to local needs.
