Fleet Performance Analyst

In this role, you'll: Analyse Fleet Performance: Collect, measure, and analyse performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Drive Insights: Use innovative approaches to process and interpret data, providing key insights that drive decision-making.
Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with Engineering and other teams to develop data-led strategies.
Support Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for internal and external use.
Delay Attribution: Ensure fleet delays are accurately recorded, processed, and challenged where needed.
Assist Warranty Processes: Support the warranty engineer on shared concerns.
Key Accountabilities Develop and maintain Chiltern Engineering's Business Intelligence platform.
Create dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights.
Provide training and guidance on interpreting data reports.
Monitor and analyse performance trends to propose solutions.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and documentation.
Essential Criteria A proactive, motivated individual who thrives in both independent and team settings.
Strong experience with analysing large datasets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with business intelligence tools, such as Microsoft Power BI.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent organizational skills.
Desirable Criteria Experience with Power Apps and Microsoft Flow.
Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java or Python).
Understanding of database design and best practices.
Familiarity with problem-solving methodologies.
