About the Role: As a Graduate Teaching Assistant , you will provide valuable support to the teaching staff in a secondary school setting.
Responsibilities of the Graduate Teaching Assistant: Support teachers in planning and delivering lessons.
Assist students with their work, providing tailored support to meet individual learning needs.
Help manage the classroom, ensuring students are focused and engaged.
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who need extra help.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Assist with marking and preparing resources for lessons.
Promote positive behaviour and help students reach their full potential.
Requirements for the Graduate Teaching Assistant Role: A degree in a relevant subject or field.
Passion for education and working with young people.
Experience working in schools or with young people is desirable but not essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work well as part of a team.
A proactive attitude and a willingness to support students in their learning.
The ability to adapt and be flexible in a dynamic school environment.
