Job Title: Learning Support Assistant - Protocol Education Location: Various schools within Buckinghamshire Protocol Education, a leading education recruitment agency, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join our team.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing individualized support to students with diverse learning needs in various schools within Buckinghamshire.
Key Responsibilities: Work closely with teachers to implement and support individual education plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs.
Provide one-on-one or small group support, assisting students in their academic and personal development.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting student engagement and independence.
Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to create a cohesive and supportive educational experience.
Help implement behavior management strategies and support students' social and emotional well-being.
Requirements: Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting the educational development of students.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in different schools and with students of varying abilities.
