Key Responsibilities: Lead and Inspire: Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen team.
Menu Planning: Contribute to creating modern, fresh dishes.
Quality Control: Ensure high standards in food preparation and presentation.

Qualifications Qualifications thatll make you a superstar: Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen.
Level 3 Food Safety certification (because safety is key, even when youre creating magic in the kitchen).
Passion for leading a team and creating innovative, mouth-watering dishes.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks while staying calm, cool, and collected.
