Are you a GP looking to work in a forward-thinking Primary Care Network (PCN)?
About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic General Practitioner to contribute to our clients' innovative, multi-disciplinary approach to patient care.
As part of the ARRS initiative, you will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals, including Clinical Pharmacists , Paramedics , Physician Associates , and Social Prescribing Link Workers , to enhance the services we provide to our diverse patient population.
Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with the PCN team.
Support the management of long-term conditions, medication reviews, and acute presentations.
Contribute to clinical innovation and service development.
Play a key role in improving access and outcomes for patients within the network.
Engage in population health management and proactive patient care planning.
